Warrior Dog Foundation is honored to be a part of the unveiling of the John Douangdara Memorial War Dog Park!

We would like to announce that this Memorial Day (Monday, May 27th, 2013).  South Sioux City, Iowa will be unveiling a statue in honor of MA1 John Douangdara and K-9 Bart.  John and Bart were both killed in action on August 8th, 2011 in Afghanistan as part of Extortion 17. Trikos helps bring Xbox’s newest version of “Call of Duty: Ghosts” to life with real dog Rico

Mike and Rico recently collaborated with the Xbox crew to create the latest iteration of “Call of Duty: Ghosts.”  The video game brings lifelike characters and immersive worlds together on a new, next-generation engine.  The dog in Call of Duty will work together with his team to fulfill missions.  The video game will officially release November 5, 2013. Marine reunited with dog Casey after 150 Missions in Afghanistan

We were honored to be a part of a very special ceremony recently in Des Moines, Iowa at the Iowa State Capitol Building.  Sgt. Ross Gundlach, a Marine who served 150 missions in Afghanistan with a yellow lab named Casey, were reunited after a year apart.  During their time in combat Gundlach promised he would find her when their service was finished.  Casey went on … Read More
